This has three hearts the one in the middle being the largest and the two on the side slightly smaller with illustrations of kids in each heart. On the back it says "Save the Kids" along with the stamps EFS, Mexico, 925. This is in nice vintage condition with a secure clasp and closure. Measures 2" x 1 1 4"
